Customers are responsible for the email addresses, contact lists, messages, templates, and other campaign materials they provide or instruct us to process.
You represent that you have an appropriate legal basis or authorization to contact the recipients included in your campaigns.
You are responsible for providing appropriate unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms where required by applicable law.
PrintopperMail does not guarantee that a particular campaign will achieve a specific delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, or other performance result.
6. Mail Server and SMTP Services
Where we configure or manage mail servers or SMTP infrastructure, service performance may depend on factors outside our control, including:
Hosting providers
Internet service providers
Domain registrars
DNS configuration
Recipient mail servers
IP reputation
Domain reputation
Spam filters
Third-party security systems
Email authentication configuration
Customer-provided content or recipient lists
We may configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP, DNS, and related infrastructure according to the agreed technical requirements.
Proper configuration does not guarantee that every email will reach the recipient's inbox.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may interact with third-party services, hosting providers, domain registrars, DNS providers, email systems, or other external infrastructure.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, policies, pricing, technical changes, or actions.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
8. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services and technical support.
However, we do not guarantee that the website or services will always be:
Available
Uninterrupted
Error-free
Completely secure
Free from delays
Compatible with every third-party system
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security events, infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Fees and Payments
Where a service requires payment, applicable pricing, billing terms, and service scope will be communicated to the customer before or during the purchase or service arrangement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Fees must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes or charges associated with their purchase.
Third-party infrastructure, hosting, domain, software, or other external costs may be charged separately where applicable.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of the applicable service.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, work already completed, third-party costs incurred, and any specific refund terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Because certain technical services may involve configuration, setup, infrastructure allocation, or work performed specifically for a customer, completed work may not always be refundable.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible regarding cancellation or refund requests.
